I think you should think about if you (maybee) wanna lose a friend or the guy.. If you take your friends bf, she'll probably get mad and sad.. Even if her bf likes you, too, and you say he does.. On the other side it would be nice to have a lovely boyfriend.. Think about it: Which is the most important? Your friend or the guy?
